We had prayer and dedicated this slab to the Lord.
A fellow missionary loaned us a tent that covered our slab perfectly. The tent is 30’x90’. What a blessing!!

This is the new home of Faith Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia.

We have had a high of 135, and we baptized over 60 in 2009.

In October we started making blocks for the walls. We made 6,000 in 2 months, one by one.
I had the privilege of baptizing John and Audrey, they have been married 26 years. They are a blessing and an example to our church.
This will be our platform and our baptistry. I am learning a lot on how to build in Zambia, totally different than in the states. Due to termites, we have to use blocks, very little wood.
We have brick walls and a tent for roof. It’s nice to meet on our own plot; for almost 4 years we met in a house. Thank you Jesus!!
Off to Sunday school, one week I picked up 42 kids from a local compound. Many of these kids are H.I.V. positive, and love to hear about Jesus.
Christine is always ready to go to Sunday School and church.

How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel
of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!  Romans 10:15b
