L’Église Baptiste Fondamentale à Boulwando

Dedication Services
October 28, 2006

Our sending pastor, John Tucker, along with seven other members of our sending church, Northeast Baptist Church, came to Burkina Faso to begin the process of establishing the Fundamental Baptist Church of Boulwando as an autonomous independent, Baptist church.

Pastor Tucker preached for this dedication recognizing Northeast’s responsibility in starting other churches of like faith and encouraging this new church to realize their responsibility in starting other churches of like faith.

We had a great attendance, with the church building full and an overflow crowd outside the doors and windows.

As is the custom here, most of the old men of the village wanted to show their support by being “present” outside of our services. Animism hinders most of them from entering into our church services.

We attempted to include as many of our Institute students, and other missionaries in the services.
