June 9, 2007
Saturday evening, June 9, 2007, our daughter, Rebekah Jane
Joyce, graduated from the International School of
Ouagadougou. The ceremonies were held at the Hotel Splendid.
She was one of eight graduates, with four other countries
represented in this graduating class. She received the
Presidential Excellence in Education Award for her academic
accomplishments throughout her high school years. We are
very proud parents tonight!

One of the joys Beka had was babysitting for several
different families.

Beka has been a very active part of the ministry here by her
choice. She has taken on many responsibilities in our works;
especially with the music.
She has been very active in all of our special activities;
assisting in the decorations, preparations, and executions
of these events.

Leading the Ladies Chorale |
(The Ladies Chorale was Beka's idea. She saw the need and
asked if it would be possible for her to start a Ladies
Chorale, which we gladly allowed her to do. She was very
faithful with the practices and performances, building unity
among our ladies.)
Still Beka had time for her family and friends. Here are a
few pictures of her, her sister, Rachel and Carissa.

The Joyce Family - 2007

Our children are very precious to us and it is very
difficult to see them
grow up so very fast.
We are
fortunate to have children, all of them,
who do love the
ministry and who do stand with us solidly in this work.
Thank you, Lord!
