Building Project
|
We have started our building project
in Boulwando. The foundation has been laid and the walls are
going up little by little. Slowly the villagers are getting back
behind the project. We are seeing more and more people
participating in the construction. We have one full week left
before we begin our slowdown mode; we will continue the building
project little by little as we commence the second semester of
the Institute on April 04, 2005.
Ésaïe OUÉDRAOGO has been acting as the project manager. Dominike
KONSIMBO has been responsible for the money disbursements.
Alexis KABORÉ has been the primary procurements man. Ghislain
NAGALO has been the wood worker; making the molding frames and
also has been charged with the iron works. Vincent BADO and Paul
SAYOUGA have been the faithful laborers. All have been charged
with the evangelizing, preaching, teaching, discipling, and
edifying the members and visitors of the Fundamental Baptist
Church of Boulwando.
Here are a few pictures of the building
project. The latest pictures are at the bottom. |

Bricks have to be molded
and then watered for seven straight days before
being used. It is projected that we will have over
3,600 bricks, (?), and a total of just over ten tons
of cement for this building.

Here is our metal roof.
It took some time, as our knowledge of construction
is severely limited.

Below is the main room where we will hold
the services. The back door
