Spring 2006
Several positive things have transpired at the Fundamental
Baptist Church of Dassasgo.
- We had three different days of baptism with nine adults
following their Lord in believer’s baptism.
- Alexis started a young teen’s Sunday School class.
- We celebrated Easter with a great attendance on the bus
route.
- Mike and Pam Hillhouse arrived in Burkina Faso to begin
their ministry here.
- We moved into a new rental house for both the church and
the Institute.

On March 26, 2006, Alexandre wanted to be baptized before he
planned move to Fada. Therefore we made a special baptism time
for him right after the services. Click any photo for a

Then the following week, April 02, 2006, we had our scheduled baptism with three
adults being scripturally baptized; Celestin, Flore and Zacharie.

April 16, 2006, we celebrated Easter with a great attendance on the bus route
even though the overall attendance was lower than normal. |

On June 18, 2006 we had our third baptism with five adults publicly identifying
with Jesus Christ and our church.
Here are the five new members of the Fundamental Baptist Church of Dassasgo;
Cecile, Louise, Mariam, Marcelline, and Ferdinand.

After the services and baptism we went to our house to celebrate with a feast
and fellowship. Below are a few pictures of our feast.

Mike and Pam Hillhouse have adjusted well to Burkina. They have been readily accepted by
the church family, as well as the Institute men. It is a great
encouragement to
have them here in Burkina Faso. |
