Things continue to progress rapidly here in Burkina Faso. It is amazing
how much Burkina, and especially our capital city, Ouagadougou, has
grown in the past few years. (We have a bowling alley, an indoor mall,
and thousands of new people from all over West Africa.) Below are a few highlights from the ministries in the last few months: Fundamental Baptist Church of Dassasgo We’re in the midst of a “Sunday School Campaign.” Several of the Institute men are preaching each week and are doing a great job. More and more Christians are taking an active interest in inviting their family and friends, with several professing faith in Jesus Christ, and in memorizing Scriptures each week. Fundamental Baptist Church of Tanghin Before the planting season started we visited regularly in Tanghin with over fifty-four professions of faith. Denis DIPAMA has started a discipleship program and has been in the process of translating it into Mooré He is also preparing his first sermon to preach in a few more weeks. Fundamental Baptist Institute of Ouagadougou The Institute is on summer break. Courses, teachers, and students are preparing for the seventh year which will commence in September. We are aggressively seeking a permanent home for the Institute and hope to have some land purchased before the start of the semester. Fundamental Baptist Church of Boulwando
